Positive: This property is extremely cozy and has a great balcony with amazing view. Apartment located not far away from the train , tram and bus station there are a lot of stores around and apartments has everything what needs for cooking and cleaning which is very convenient. Host is always answering on messages and very friendly

Negative: Floor is extremely sticky and dirty. Was forced to wash my sleepers after couple days being there. And there is no dining table

Summary: It’s a great place with couple minuses. If host can fixed it- it would’ve perfect❤️

Positive: The apartment is comfortable. It has a large shower, a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The bed is comfortable, and the bedroom is tidy with a well-organized closet. There is a nice sitting area. There are many supermarkets and shops nearby. There’s a good gym in the building across the street where you can get a weekly membership. Public transportation is easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The host is kind and willing to help if needed.

Positive: It was cozy and perfect. Fabrice was really responsive with any questions. His flat is well laid out with a nice kitchen and balcony; I loved being here. It was nice to watch the bell tower ring out the chimes (they stop at 11pm). It is a great location with plenty of restaurants, shops and pubs in easy reach. The Surrey Street market is just round the corner and it's an easy 10 minute stroll to East Croydon rail station which is your best connection for London (20 minutes), the coast and pretty much everywhere. That had a lot to do with my booking here as staying in London is ridiculously expensive and noisy. I recommend Galicia, and Crown & Pepper as great local restaurants. There's a Sainsburys at the top of the road for all your groceries (and a Tesco's down the High Street). There's also retail therapy with Next and Frasers at the end of Surrey Street. It's the perfect location for visitors wanting a comfy place to stay and easy transportation options.

Negative: No pets, but that was OK as my Hamish is 11 and I wouldn't have dragged him on such a long trip anyway.

Positive: I had a great stay at this flat near East Croydon. It’s small, but very well furnished and perfectly located — just a short walk from the station and local amenities. The space was clean, cosy, and had everything I needed. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay, which made things really easy. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Croydon.
