This is the upstairs of a duplex in a home over 100 years old. It is about 5 short steps of the ground with a private patio overlooking the lawn and street just a block and a half from downtown. It features two bedrooms with a queen and twin bed, a spacious living room with new couch, desk and dinette that seats four. It is air conditioned, remodeled and features a large yard, with a clothesline and outdoor patio furniture on a shared landscape with basement guests. Food, entertainment, shopping, historical sites and museums are just steps away. Summary: Cute older house, looks much better than pictures. All the amenities of home, even supplied coffee! We were visiting our son that lived about 45 minutes away. Property manager even arranged for us to get in a day early.

Summary: My stay was pleasant for the most part. The host was very responsive to messages. There furniture was comfortable and the place was clean and nicely decorated. The big drawback was the bathroom. It is very cramped. Getting into the bathtub to take a shower was a bit precarious as the tub has tall sides and you can only get in from the corner. No grab bars. So wouldn’t recommend for anyone who has steadiness issues. The water from the shower went all over the floor because the shower curtain doesn’t go on the inside of the tub without covering up the faucet and any access to shower products. These issues could be remedied with a little remodeling. I would not stay here again due to these issues.

Summary: We were in town building our home and needed a place to lay our tired bones and get a good nights rest. It worked great. Not a large place but perfect for our needs. We were sad to have to leave early. We would use again for sure.
