The unit is the top level of the home which boast two king bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace with adjustable height desk and office chair.
Private entrance through front door or back door through side gate. In basement of the home there is a laundry room which is shared with the basement apartment. During the summer there is a sectional and patio table in the backyard. There is also grill you are welcome to use all year long. Backyard and grill are shared.

Summary: We had a great weekend in SLC and really enjoyed this property! The communication was excellent and the little touches, including a snack basket and welcome card, made a difference! We also really liked the outdoor space for a break to read in the afternoon.

Summary: The property was nice it look like it was remodeled lately. It had all of the dishes and pots and pans that were needed for our stay. The living room furniture was nice with the big TV. It had a computer table which was nice because we had to do work while we were there.
