This first floor walkup condo has a beach cottage feel with all the modern conveniences. Load up your beach cart and spend all day chasing the sun (or kids!) between the pool and the ocean - they are steps away. An outside shower and a downstairs lockable storage closet means less sand and gear for you to worry about. Upon check in your linens will be fresh on the beds for you and hung on towel rods so that you don't have to bring them from home or unwrap expensive uncomfortable rental linens and spend the first hour of your vacation making beds (and this is included in the price of your rental without additional fee!) When the tides turn, settle in, watch TV or Netflix while you prepare meals on granite countertops in your fully stocked kitchen, and then have dinner watching the sunset from your private balcony. Blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, and contemporary bedding mean the sound of the waves will be the last thing you hear before blissful slumber. The Oak Island Golf Course is right across the street or hop on a ferry in charming Southport over to the NC Aquarium in Fort Fisher. Whatever you do, unplug the stress at home and plug in your vacation treat yo self mode!

Summary: The condo is lovely, very comfortable, very clean, and very well equipped for cooking and for relaxing. The beach is beautiful and the area is close to many attractions and places of interest. It’s also a great base for many day trips. There is a wide selection of restaurants. There are options available for almost any interest or activity. The pier is within walking distance. It’s very relaxing to sit on the balconies and watch the waves rolling in. The pool and the beach are just steps away from the condo. I can’t get say enough about what an excellent choice this condo is for a couple or for a family. It’s just simply perfect! We couldn’t have had a better experience. We expected a great condo and a great location and it exceeded our expectations! Thank you very much to our hosts for your prompt communication and for sharing this lovely condo! We definitely plan another stay and we definitely recommend this condo.

Summary: The condo was wonderful with amazing views and nicely equipped. I was impressed with the proximity to 2 beach boardwalks and location on the island. The extra spacious sectional was nice and comfortable. the owners were great and left plenty of clear instructions to navigate the condo, island and local community. If you plan to tour the lighthouse, book that tour now! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Summary: My sister, cousin and I stayed at this cozy beach condo for 4 nights and it was just perfect for us. I grew up in NC and now live on the other coast, so when I found out I had a meeting to attend in NC, I recruited my sister and cousin to spend a few days at the beach! This condo was comfy and ideally located, just a short walk from the beach. We had a great dinner at a local restaurant but ate in for the rest of our meals. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of my favorite parts of the trip before and after we headed to the beach each day was to sit on the porch and rock while we caught up on family news. It was a bit too cool for us for the pool, but it appeared to be clean and well maintained and there were plenty of chairs for sun.Check in was easy. The condo was clean and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing spot on a beautiful walkable beach with several great restaurants, cute shops, and places to pick up fresh seafood close by. I hope to return next time I’m back this way! Thanks for sharing your cozy condo with us!

Summary: We had a lovely stay! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We loved the proximity to the beach. Sadly the pool, which they were filling for the season while we were there, was closed but we knew it might be unavailable this time of year. The only issue was that the building turned off the hose near the pool entry so we had to go look around and borrow another units shower hose to rinse our feet and beach gear each day. Besides that, it really was an ideal vacation for us. Can’t wait to go back.

Summary: Our stay at Toes In The Water was great. I love visiting the beach in the off season and this was a perfect find. The property was a nice complex, and although the weather was not sunny, it provided us a great place to see the ocean and was far enough away to not have bustling traffic but close enough to get to Oak Island or Southport. Would come back when we are back in the area again! The condo was updated and beds were comfy. We loved the view!

Summary: Caswell Beach is a great locale for a family getaway, even in December, and this condo is set-up to make your stay a fun and comfortable one. HUGE sectional sofa, lots of TV viewing options if you can tear yourself away from the ocean views off the deck. Grandkids loved the bunkbed. Brandon and Stuart are great hosts and their welcome book is the best we've seen yet! We could have happily stayed longer.
