Positive: The Bothy is an absolutely gorgeous little getaway! The hosts were great in the lead up, providing information about the journey and arrival. Our first impression was how clean everything was, it was absolutely spotless and every little detail was beautiful. The Bothy itself is stunning and cosy and has everything you need and more (including a little welcome basket). The welcome book was very helpful and had great information about the accommodation, village, and surrounding areas. Of course, the sheltered hot tub with fairy lights was an absolute highlight, but the entire place was perfect for us and we loved it. It also feels really private. The location is quiet and calm (probably busier in the summer months, we stayed at the end of jan/start of Feb) but still felt like we had everything we could need within a short walking distance. Thanks so much!

Positive: The Bothy was spotless. Furnished and decorated to a high standard with lovely little finishing touches. Well stocked kitchen. We used the hot tub and greatly appreciated the hot tub coverage. Garden was again spotless but we didn't use due to our stay being in winter. Great location and the village itself had some great amenities etc.

Positive: The property was gorgeous—cosy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Everything there was of an incredibly high standard. We were greeted upon arrival with a thoughtful breakfast pack, which was very kind. It’s located close to all the main attractions in Drumnadrochit, so everything is within a short walk. Further afield, Glen Affric is a 30‑minute drive away, Inverness is 20 minutes away, and Urquhart Castle is just a 5‑minute drive or a 30‑minute walk. The garden is simple yet lovely. The River Enrick flows out the back, which is wonderful to listen to, and you can also take advantage of the hot tub. This property is truly a perfect place for couples to stay. I can’t recommend it highly enough—we’re already looking at booking it again for next year.

Positive: Bridgend Bothy was perfect in every way! The garden and its surroundings were fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere. Sitting in the hot tub, listening to the river flow by, was simply heavenly. The property features two lovely outdoor seating areas, which I imagine would be delightful in the summer. The hot tub under the Gazebo is unbelievable, perfect to unwind and relax in. The interior of the Bothy is sublime. The decor is beautiful and thoughtfully arranged, with lovely little touches throughout. It has everything you need, so you won't feel the need to leave—it's truly a great place to relax. There isn’t a single thing I could fault; it was perfect in every way. From the welcome basket filled with essentials to the comfortable bed and stunning bathroom, every detail was well-considered. In summary, Bridgend Bothy is a hidden gem. The owners have done an amazing job, and we will definitely return. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat and a lovely base to explore the beautiful Loch Ness area.

Positive: The bothy was perfect, it had everything you could possibly need and clearly decorated with love. Our dog especially loved the fenced garden where she was free to run around. The pool was lovely as well. The hosts are super friendly and there even was a little breakfast basket when we first arrived.
