Positive: This was a family holiday and so it was great to have a pool for everyone especially the grandkids. The living area was very open and so was very comfortable with all of us there. It is in close proximity to Moonee beach but it also didn't take long to travel to areas like Caves Beach

Negative: I mentioned to the owner that the dishwasher often tipped when the trays were pulled out. I assume this could be easily fixed. There is limited dining or cafe options in the immediate area but we managed to work around this.

Positive: The location of the home is fantastic, especially if you enjoy mountain and sea views at the same time. The home design is remarkable and very nice.

Negative: Dishwasher still not working. It's a bit far from the local grocery store or supermarket. It would be fantastic if they could leave some snacks and drinks.

Positive: Pool was lovely and was solar heated. Catherine Hill Bay beach was quiet and had life guards on duty. It is a drive from the home though. Beach access via foot was very pretty but quite a walk and not suitable for small children or older adults. House was very spacious for 5 adults, however bunk bed is not suitable for taller adults.

Negative: No food and dining options nearby and no food delivery services (Uber etc). The nearest supermarkets are 15 min drive north on the highway so suggest taking some supplies for the first night if travelling. No BBQ facilities was also a bit hard when cooking in summer. Dishwasher was not working for our entire 10 day stay so that was very disappointing given the high price paid for the home. Car parking was also very limited given all the caravans parked in the street and large cars don't fit in the garage.
