Summary: Very quaint, older hotel in Swillington, Leeds. Bed is comfortable, and everything is clean. Breakfast was excellent. I think the only downside is that there aren’t a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Summary: Wonderful. Carol and her family were so lovely. A beautiful place and right near a bus stop/train station to head into Leeds. The room was great with everything we needed and breakfast was amazing, cooked to perfection with our preferences asked for. A great stay and we would absolutely stay again. Thank you

Summary: The hotel was conveniently placed for a function I was attending. I contacted the owner to discuss a slightly earlier check in..no problem at all. On arrival we were greeted and made welcome by the owner. A spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. Top quality ingredients and all in all a great experience
