Positive: The house is quaint and fairly large and nice. Great location for us since this was a nostalgic trip for me (UNM alumni).

Negative: All three beds are too small for 2 people The house was simply not clean. White towels with dirt spots on them. Layers of dust under the beds (I have pictures)

Positive: This is generally a great place, greatly renovated with modern interiors, super clean and nicely furnished. It's perfectly located for quick access to bars and restaurants and the UNM campus. However, the beds in all 3 bedrooms were quite small and not convenient for a couple to sleep in. If at least one of the bedrooms would be outfitted with a queen or king size, that would be a major upgrade.

Negative: While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few basic items weirdly missing that would greatly enhance the experience: - No bedside lamps (although plenty of built-in bedside usb ports) - No bathroom floor mat - No towel hooks - No kitchen towels - No additional trash bags - And above all, the provided kitchen items were really just the utter basics (3 mugs, 3 glasses, 3 plates). Would be nice to have some smaller plates, a cutting board, maybe two or three wine glasses. The kitchen is spacious enough with plenty of storage space, but most cupboards were simply empty. Also, there was no fireplace in the apartment as described, but who needs one in 80 degree weather anyways ;)

Summary: Spacious, comfy, great location, however, missing some basic items

Positive: The house was comfortable and in a very convenient location with good restaurants near by and UNM just a short distance away. It was cold in ABQ, but the heater worked quite well, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped.

Negative: There was no soap in the bathroom for taking a shower, which was a major inconvenience. There were no towel racks in the bathroom - another major inconvenience. There was a paper towel holder, so we assumed the owner was planning on supplying towels. However, there were about 3 left in the roll and no other paper towels there. The dishwasher wasn't working but that was not a big deal. None of the rooms - but especially the bedrooms - had table lamps, only overhead lights, meaning you had to turn of the lights and then get into bed. No table lamps in the living room either. However, every room (except kitchen and baths) had TVs. Seems like they could have invested in a few lamps instead. The host's communications were very nice, and we didn't complain about the lack of certain amenities. The house felt secure - lots of gates with locks to get through, as well as the front and back doors and courtyard. But the question asked what we didn't like!

Summary: Comfortable house, great location - could use a few small amenities.
