Positive: Great location! Very clean and inviting. This is the second time we have stayed here - girls trip for Christmas show. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Negative: Absolutely loved everything about this house. Meets every need you might have.

Summary: This house is exceptional- location and value cannot be beat. We will be back! Tom is the best host ever.

Positive: Lots of space. TVs in the front and back of the house. Even in the back porch. Nice back yard, patio and enclosed back porch. I wish I could have stayed longer! Location was perfect. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. They even had bath robes for us to use! We drive from Orlando to Charlotte for my nephew's wedding. Lot's of shopping close by. Charlotte is a beautiful city. I had no idea.

Negative: Nothing not too like. The one problem we had was easily and quickly resolved.

Positive: Great location, plenty of beds since we were traveling with several unrelated people. Several amenities like games and other activities were available. TVs available in each room.

Negative: TVs were a little hard to navigate. A box of kleenex would have been nice.

Summary: Great experience. Would use this location again if the opportunity came up.

Positive: Pros- Literally almost everything. Host was easy to contact if needed and very helpful as well as polite. Place was clean and cozy. Everything within control of the host was great!!!

Negative: Cons- Located on a busy street (noise was NOT an issue for us) and driveway is kinda small. Resulting in making a >3 point turn in the driveway or backing out into traffic. We know this is not the host fault and it's nothing they can control. Everything within their control was great!!! I'm sure this may be natural to many others but it is not natural to us. And I know it's irrelevant but it's HONESTLY the ONLY thing we can say we did not like.
