Positive: The property is in a very good location with amenities. It’s in quiet residential area, homely and clean. The host is friendly and care. I will stay there again!

Positive: Breakfast was fine considering we took our own.Can't remember the second question.

Negative: WHERE DO YOU WANT ME TO BEGIN?Furniture was uncomfortable.Water was only luke warm(shower was fine)Creaking floorboards upstairs.Curtains not thick enough in main bedroom to keep out the light.

Summary: Will not be staying here again.

Positive: Host made us very welcome,; milk, tea and biscuits and flowers waiting when we arrived

Negative: We had a problem finding out what day bins emptied. Other residents put their bins out on days different to what was written on local authority website; In the end we left rubbish in wheely bins so not a problem really
