Positive: It is quaint and in a lovely location.
Negative: It was run down, there was damp and peeling paint in the bathroom and some of the furniture was broken. We slept poorly due to the loud central heating system.
Summary: We left a night early, noticed the owner but never received a response.

Positive: The location wad great for us as family only live 5 minutes away in the car, the property was great we felt very welcome, had everything we needed and was also lefted a lovely of wine, crisps and chocolate which went down well with both the children and myself so thank you. We would definitely stay there again 🙂

Positive: The cottage was so cute and had a proper homely feel without being cluttered. We stayed in March so the weather was still chilly but the cottage was really cosy and there were plenty of blankets throughout the house. James, the host, left a very sweet welcome pack for us, including some snacks and a bottle of wine which was a very nice touch. The parking spot is right outside the front door so super convenient for unloading luggage.
Negative: I'd say this cottage isn't geared towards someone on a working trip as the wifi is slow and difficult to connect to. But if you're looking for some peaceful time off-grid then this spot is just the place for you!
