Summary: Stayed here for three nights with a group of old friends and had a great time. Surprisingly close to Santa Monica beach where we were spending our days. Coming back to a warm pool was really lovely. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for the guests. Make sure to request extra towels as they only provided one per guest when we arrived. And no way to play music except through TV, so would recommend to bring your own speaker. We had asked for pool to be heated ahead of our arrival, but they forgot. It takes several hours so if that's important, make sure to ask for that. After some trial and error, we found it was best to heat the pool first to your desired temperature, and then heat the hot tub which gets hot quite quickly. Once pool was warm, it was really lovely.Kitchen was extremely bare bones, so if you plan on cooking much, consider bringing your own spices, oil, etc. We still had a great time and would recommend this house for someone looking for a house with lots of bedrooms and a pool.

Summary: Very clean, comfortable property! Great size, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, really made it comfortable for our large family, and having a swimming pool was so much fun! Even though it was Christmas, our host quickly responded to all of our questions, and made sure we knew he was available 24/7. The location is really great, very close to stores, and the freeway. We would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: We went down for a business trip. This house provided a comfortable stay with great amenities to get back and relax after work. Host was very responsive and accommodated us with last minute requests. Would definitely book again!

Summary: This is very neat property with all the necessary amenities. We had a party of 13 kids. The property manager was very prompt in their response. Even small issues were immediately taken care of. All the kids loved it. Will certainly stay here if our travels take us to LA.

Summary: This is a great location and a great neighborhood. Close to Westwood Village (UCLA), Santa Monica beaches, the 405, 101 etc. While the Brentwood address implies luxury, this property is not that. The linens are cheap and so is the furniture. The beds are basically Ikea and not very sturdy. The towels were so cheap, we went to target to buy our own. Target's cheapest college dorm towels were way better. The laundry is loud and can be heard throughout the house. The walls are all paper thin and offer little privacy and sounds carry throughout the house. Warning: one of the garage windows doesn't lock, so anyone can climb through at night. There is a slight mildewish smell in the house - we kept candles lit but it was strong. Also the dryer literally shakes the whole house. I did not find the hosts very responsive after we checked in. I will say this - the place was spotless - excellent cleaning! I really wanted to like this place but it was not worth the money. I usually stay in higher end homes for these rates but this home wasn't at that level.

Summary: For my son's wedding in Pacific Palisades, I brought his three siblings, their spouses, and four children, plus one aunt, under a single roof for three days. Imagine the good feelings. This home was ideal, not just for its prime location, but for its layout. Everyone slept soundly on better mattresses than we have at home; plenty of bathrooms and towels. The heated pool was great for the kids in the day and for evening talks. Spacious kitchen. Plus the neighboorhood is quiet and beatifully kept up. Even the perfectionists in our group were satisfied. it made a joyous long weekend comfortable and worry-free. The hosts are fastidious. They make sure things go well. With a property like this, they can do so proudly.
