Positive: Hi. The home was absolutely lovely. It felt like a home away from home. The backyard gardens associated relaxing; even met a few friendly neighborhood cat enjoying the shade. The layout of the home was very nice. Each of my family members had their privacy in the rooms and private bathrooms. We especially loved the open floor concept of the dining area,tv, and kitchen being open. A fully stocked utility kitchen was awesome. Refrigerator,microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, and dryer are all available. Simple awesome!!!!!!! Was able to catch up on a few work emails as the wifi connection was great. Lovely neighborhoods as well, we felt very welcomed.Lots to do in walking distance in the neighborhood.
Negative: It was hard not to like anything. If I had to say one thing, i would say we weren't ready to leave. Haha!!

Positive: The property is beautiful and exactly as indicated in the pictures. We loved the bathroom and bedroom set ups!
Negative: The backyard is beautiful, but quite overgrown and for Florida, that can sometimes be a bit scary. Also, the grill was filthy and unusable.
Summary: We really loved our stay! And we will likely return!

Positive: The house was very well equipped and in a reasonable and quiet location. Good parking.
Negative: We had a real and frustrating initial encounter with the entrance lock which when we came to leave for the first time simply would not work. The US rental firm responded very quickly to our call and the maintenance man was prompt and pleasant. However, although the US firm effectively blamed us(user error), that simply was not the case. The lock seems outdated and unnecessarily complicated and the instructions are misleading. A shame because it was the one real 'fly in the ointment' of our stay!
Summary: Apart from a lock issue, a good stay.
