Beautifully refurbished property full of character with all modern amenities
In the heart of the famous medieval village of Dolceacqua, completely refurbished keeping the character of the house with a panoramic terrace, breathtaking views of the famous Doria Castle and the Roman bridge painted by the world renown painter Claude Monet. The property is not accessible by car and there are two flight of stairs to get and no lift.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views of the Doria Castle and 2 bedrooms with an independent bathroom.
3rd floor: Kitchen and living room opening onto the terrace, beautiful panoramic terrace, with views of the Village and the surrounding mountain range and a full bathroom
4th Floor (Mezzanine): a lounge area with tv and a separate library room.
The house has brand new air conditioning system, for both cold air and warm air. A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave), excellent wifi, a cot baby umbrella.

Summary: This is a fantastic refurbished apartment in the medieval centre of Dolceacqua - as previous reviews there are very many uneven steps both up to the apartment and also once you are inside so not really suitable for those with restricted mobility but the climb is definitely worth it - the views are simply amazing. Really well equipped and fitted 6 adults very easily. Right in the heart of the village surrounded by bars and restaurants but only 15 mins to the sea Ramona checked us in and was really responsive on WhatsApp during our stay We had a great few days and highly recommend

Summary: An unusual and extremely well designed and styled apartment. Up several flights of stairs but worth the climb! It had everything we needed for a week spent exploring the ancient streets of Dolceaqua and alternating between mountain pools (12 mins up the Nervia valley) and the beach (20-30 mins down the valley). Plus it was spotlessly clean on arrival, with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Excellent aircon. The roof terrace was the perfect place to relax in the evening.

Summary: We enjoyed the flat very much , access not for the faint hearted but it was adding to the charm and character of the place . Excellent position for the village life and restaurants bars etc Will be more than happy to return again The owner is responsive and quick in answering questions

Summary: The apartment is really nice and has a lot of space! Very nice, we didn't missed anything. All things were there and we were able directly to start with holiday time. The roof terrace is a highlight with a nice view on the castle. The apartment is well located but very calm in the area. So very nice to be directly in the centre of Dolceaqua but still quiet! Important to know there are some bigger stairs to reach the apartment. If you don't have leg problems, it's not a problem. Only if someone is not quite so good on foot, it may be important. Neil the host is super nice and very helpful! Thanks Neil, it was a very nice time in your apartment!!!

Summary: We were a group of cyclists and the property suited us perfectly. It is ideally located both for the cycling and the post ride refreshments! It was lovely and clean and the hosts did everything they could to make our stay perfect

Summary: Wonderful holiday apartment in the centre of Dolceaqua. Only a few steps (!) and your cappuccino is being served. The location is top. The apartment itself is spotless, very clean and very spacious. Everything is new. Good beds and linen. Amazing rooftop view!!!! Keep in mind you have to climb some stairs to reach the apartment. It is not easy if you're not in a good condition. The owner is very kind, offers a lot of tip, and is easy to reach. Questions are being answered in a minute. We had a wonderful stay!!!!
