This is a pet-friendly home! We allow a maximum of two dogs up to 50lbs each. Dogs must be house trained and crated when you are out. There is a $100 fee per pet.

There is open parking in front of the cabin for up to 3 cars, however no covered parking.
Please leave plenty of access and parking space in the shared driveway for the neighbor.

☼ Age Requirements: In compliance with local regulations, all booking guests must be 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 must request owner approval prior to booking and will be required to pay a refundable deposit of $500.
☼ A pet fee of $100 per pet with a 50 lb limit, max of 2 pets only and 50lb limit each as well. Please note that the pet fee is not automatically included in the total and will be added after your booking is confirmed.
🚭 No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of this property. We’ve installed a Wynd sentry smoke detector in each room, which detect recreational smoke. If any guest violates this policy, a $500 fee will be charged. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all our guests!

☼ Please note that it is ladybug swarming season in the Smokies! For the next few weeks, you may notice live and/or dead ladybugs or other bugs in and around the cabin. Please know that the cabin is regularly serviced by a professional pest control company, but this seasonal occurrence is common in the Smokies. Should you need it, we have additional pest spray in the laundry room closet under the stairs. Unfortunately, there's no way to guarantee we don't still get the occasional bugs despite all our preventative measures (these bugs are seeking warm places).
