Summary: House is as advertised and we had an awesome time on the kayaks and paddle boards on the lake. They were super easy for kids to maneuver and the lake is easy to navigate. The view is gorgeous from the porch - an amazing place to see sunrise and sunset. We made smores by the fire pit and there were plenty of comfortable beds to sleep many. There’s only one pub nearby so we cooked most nights, kitchen is dated but works and you hand wash your dishes. A wonderful way to spend a long weekend!

Summary: We stayed at the Lion’s Den for two nights in early June. The pictures do not do it justice. It was lovely. The beach area is soooo nice for littles. We had family photos taken on the North Beach right by the cabin by a local photographer (Kelsey Gilman) and the views were great. Our favorite VRBO.

Summary: A late September break at this lake house was just what we needed. The place is comfortable, clean, and well-outfitted for eating, sleeping, and water activities. It's not just by Lake Willoughby, it's literally on the lake - sitting on the full-length porch and looking through the space between the floorboards what you see below is water. The owner responded very quickly to questions. Highly recommended.
