2 Bedroom Condo in Dana Point

Bright, clean, and comfortable one level condo with ocean views from the kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, and balconies. The condo complex is located on Beach side of PCH. Freshly painted and furniture updated a year ago. Newly remodeled master bathroom with walk in shower and vanity area. Handicap bar and shower seat also installed. Floors remodeled recently. Located a block away from the Ritz Hotel and the St. Regis. Condo is across the street from the sand at Salt creek beach at the Strand. Our location is ideal with restaurants and shops walking distance from this condo. The condo is also 10min from Laguna Beach and 1 hour boat ride from Catalina Island. Free trolley ride steps away which takes you into Laguna. Sleeps 6 comfortably and is equipped with beach gear, which includes : towels,Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, ice chest, 2 boogie boards, and a umbrella. This fabulous beach condo has ceiling fans, 2 ocean view balconies with BBQ, 3 flat screen TVs w/ cable, 2 DVD players, Wifi access, a DVD library, mini bar w/ ice bucket & bar accessories with martini & wine glasses plus martini shaker. This unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer inside condo. Bedroom #1 has 2 double beds and the master has a brand new Cal King, and a new desk. For your comfort, The living room also has a new couch which reclines and new smart TV purchased in 2021. Rooms are equipped with lots of extra pillows and blankets. Reserved covered parking available with unit plus two guest spots. Please be advised we have enhanced our cleaning routine and are now wearing gloves, ventilating rooms, and using disinfectants that are EPA registered. Lastly, RATES VARY FROM WEEK TO WEEK AT VARIOUS TIMES OF THE YEAR, especially summer and holidays. You are welcome to stay less than thirty days . However, contract will be for one month or more.

Summary: We spent a month at this condo and enjoyed it very much. We had stayed there 3 years ago and we have booked July and August next year as well so it's clear we really enjoy our time at the condo and the Dana Point/Capistrano area in general.The community of Niguel Terrace is quite large but the folks are quiet and respectful about noise and privacy. You walk a 100 yards and your on the beach -what's not to like?

Summary: Our 2 month stay at this Niguel Beach Terrace condo exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. Martica was an outstanding host from start to finish, quickly responding to any messages. The kitchen was very well stocked with every necessity and the furnishings were comfortable, especially the reclining leather sofa. The ocean views were wonderful, but the BEST feature was the proximity to the Strands Beach "promenade " , beach, and the conservation bluff trails . This is also a very dog friendly community. We hope to return!

Summary: The condo is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Superb location for walking to the beach or town. Kitchen is well equipped. Cool breezes throughout! Martica is a terrific host who is super to work with. She takes care to ensure all is good for her guests.

Summary: The property was lovely, but we had to leave to get back to Canada on March 15th because of the Corona Virus. We had paid the rent for the whole month of March. I would really appreciate a partial refund!

Summary: My husband and I spent 31/2 months in this beautiful condo, and we were absolutely happy and satisfied with the property. We have rented in Dana Point before, but this property has so far been the best! The place was not only clean and perfectly appointed with everything one would need for a comfortable vacation, but the owner was always attentive, and available for whatever we needed.
