Summary: It was good not great. This is a basement walkout and you could hear upstairs neighbor's footsteps (which makes us crazy). Worse, there was some kind of loud pump that runs every time you flush toilet or take shower. Very unpleasant grinding noise. Otherwise cute set-up. TV could have been larger

Summary: We met both Krista and Lee and they were delightful hosts. We were shocked at how perfect this place was in comparison to our expectations. The porch with its view made it even more special. Everything was undersold if anything. I would highly recommend their place.
