Our house is located in a private, gated community containing ten home sites with individual boat slips and a private, in-ground, lighted salt water pool and spa. All bedrooms have either oceanfront or soundfront views. The house has a front porch with an over-sized swing and large expansive decks on the back of the house. The house is well appointed with 10 foot ceilings downstairs, 9 foot ceilings upstairs and hardwood floors throughout. It has 6 bedrooms, 3 with king-sized beds, 2 with two queen beds each, and 1 kids' room containing two sets of bunks with 2 full beds below and 2 twins above. There are 2 master suites, one on the main floor and one on the top floor, both containing freestanding tubs with a separate tiled shower. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms with an additional powder room on the main floor. There is an upstairs game room which has both a foosball and air hockey table, board games, and a large tv with plenty of comfortable seating for movie watching. The three stop hydraulic elevator is accessible from the enclosed garage which makes for ease of moving things up and down from arrival to departure. There is also a pool table and ping-pong table inside the garage.

Summary: We have a family vaction in the area every year and this has been one of the nicest houses! Super clean and the host was always in contact for anything we needed. Each room has either an ocean or sound view and the pool has a shelf for the kids to play on without mom stressing! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in sunset beach!

Summary: This beautiful home in Sunset Beach (our favorite beach) is incredible! The huge house is lovely--tasteful, spacious and luxurious. One of our children described it as 'solid'- peaceful sleep on such comfortable beds and no noise from any other rooms. After a long day on this practically private beach and much lounging in the pool, we all could spread out on the huge family room sofas or the downstairs ones while others cooked in the well-equipped kitchen. Two refrigerators and two dishwashers were great to have! Karen was wonderful to work with and we can't wait to go back!!

Summary: The weather did not cooperate for part of our trip but it did not stop us from enjoying this home again for the 5th time. Our entire extended family loves our Sunset Beach traditions and many of them are based on the location and amenities in this wonderful property. I highly recommend this stay for groups that want a more private, quiet beach experience away from the crowds. Thanks again for having us!

Summary: There is no better home for a large family to stay on Sunset Beach than this beautiful home. We have stayed at this home for at least 6 years and we feel at home every year when we arrive. This home offers everything you will need to have a great vacation. The house has 6 very large bedrooms, all with private baths. There is an outdoor bathroom with shower, which is wonderful to use after a day at the beach.This home has beautiful views of the ocean. The pool is so nice and we have enjoyed many afternoons relaxing & playing games after a fun day at the beach. We had a fabulous week and can’t wait to go back in 2025.
