3 Bedroom House in Walcott

This is a beautiful 3 bedroomed bungalow right next to the sea situated between Cromer and Great Yarmouth in a quiet area. It has been completely refurbed and has a fully fitted kitchen with built in oven, touch hob, dish washer, under counter larder fridge and freezer plus microwave. There is a separate utility area with washing machine and drier. There is a fully fitted bathroom as well as a fully fitted shower room. The lounge has comfortable leather furniture with TV and broadband. There are two double bedrooms and a childs single. The master room has TV built into the bed, double wardrobe, set of draws and bedside tables. The childs single room has bunk beds for two young children. To the rear of the property has a 30ft conservatory overlooking the sea which has dining area one end and lounge area the other with patio doors onto the enclosed garden with a huge decked area and two lovely seating areas with gate and steps down to the sea path. To the front on the property is another enclosed garden with a stone drive plus another seating area for BBQ's. The drive is accessed by a large 5 bar gate with side gate. Please note: although this is a bungalow there are a couple of steps and it is not wheelchair friendly inside.

Summary: My partner and I stayed at ‘Breakers’ for 3 nights just now with our little dog. It was fantastic in every way, so thank you. The area was fantastic, right by the sea with a magnificent view. The owner has thought of everything to make holidays as comfortable as possible.There’s plenty of room with 2 double beds, bunk beds and 2 massive settees. Everything is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden is totally enclosed so extremely suitable for dogs. We give this accommodation and owner ten out of ten. We’ll be back again as soon as possible. Stella and Guy.

Summary: What else could you wish for ? This is a fully equipped , and I mean fully equipped , bungalow facing directly onto the beach and sea. A perfect place to enjoy your breakfast , lunch or dinner with the patio door open listening to the waves. Laying in bed hearing the sea while slowly drifting off to sleep made night time a pleasure. The bungalow has everything you need. Two bathrooms , washing machine and dryer , fully fitted kitchen , dish washer and a lovely relaxing lounge. As the title says , An Oasis Next To The Sea. There's a fully stocked shop and fish and chip take-away less than 10 minutes walk and a pub at each end of the village.....In my opinion this place can not be beaten for a coastal UK holiday.

Summary: We stopped at breakers in Walcott for a long weekend and I can’t praise it enough it’s a lovely bungalow with everything you need and more a lot of thought was put into it by the owners to make your stay comfortable would definitely book again.

Summary: This property is spacious, very well appointed and equipped and clean as a new pin but the showstopper is the locaction.... just walk out of the front garden onto the beach !

Summary: Well you certainly can’t get nearer to the beach for sure! The weather was great which helped but with 2 little ones to keep entertained it was perfect. Lots of games and DVDs for night times. The beds were the highlight. Like sleeping in a cloud. Waking up in the morning and looking at the sea was lovely. Everything kitted out like home. There was nothing missing. My favourite was the reclining chair where I spent a long time reading and actually resting. The kids played out in the very secure garden and even found a ball for a kick about. There’s local shops but a huge Tesco less than 5 miles away. Unfortunately this place is heavily booked out but we’ll definitely be back next year. Thank you for the messages before and during our stay Kim. We felt very looked after xx
