Negative: Absolutely no information when i Checked in! No one at reception, you had to call for receptionist. Had help from 2 nice guest at check in. Hotel is very nice with a nice pool and Beautiful view over mountains. BUT the walls are like they are made of papper, you hear everything from guest and they were noisy so both nights i had to knock on Wall and even go out in corridor at midnight when Guests were banging on my neighbours door!!
