Positive: Molfar house is nearly out of a fairytale! It is a classic Hutsul house built in 1922 overlooking the town of Kosiv. The sunset there was one of the most beautiful I have ever experienced in my life. On the private compound there was an old fashioned bbq with wood provided and we made delicious meat as the sun went down, it was truly an unforgettable experience! The location is a bit remote which for all those pluses is a little hard to get to but the owner so graciously picked me up at the local restaurant near the bus stop, without me even asking him, so it was no problem to get there! It got a bit cold at night but again the host so generously provided both an electric heater as well as there being a wood oven in the bedroom.

Negative: The kitchen was a separate building, because it was built over 100 years ago, but like there’s a certain charm to that. Would I want to live here? Probably not, but to spend a long weekend was amazing and that I would definitely love to do again!

Summary: It was a great experience and in good ways a step back in time with all the modern amenities!

Positive: Excellent location with an astonishing sight view. We do enjoy it! The host helps us a lot. Don't look at his discreet look, Ljubomyr is always ready to help you! The house has minimal required facilities and an exceptionally fair price.

Negative: The house needs a better door lock :) The balcony needs better lighting. As everything in the house except a gas stove needs electricity, it would be better to have a backup power source.

Summary: Beautiful place to rest with a mountain view and pretty forests
