Positive: It is spacious, good for the family of four, and well equipped. It has self check in, which is a great option.
Negative: Since the apartment is on the ground floor, it has no windows that you can actually use, so there is no natural light and fresh air. Also, there is some noise from the street, which is not with heavy traffic, but the door isn't sound proof. All this shouldn't keep you away from booking, but just have it mind.
