Positive: Excellent location. Very clean and nicely furnished. Friendly and helpful staff

Negative: Could do either fixing the shower door (leaked underneath onto the floor). Some coffee pod’s would be a good addition, for the Nespresso machine

Positive: Apartment was just what we wanted for our cycling trip. Very spacious and plenty of room for bikes. Also very convenient for the station (we arrived from Barcelona by train) and the old town.

Negative: Finding the apartment was a little challenging as the apartment number wasn't very clear at the main door. Also a little more in the way of cleaning stuff would have been useful e.g. a tea towel and a bit more washing up liquid.

Summary: Overall our stay was great and I would be happy to stay in the apartment again.

Positive: Very nice apartment, it looks exactly like in the pictures, very good communication with the host. Fast self check-in, good location near restaurants and shops, clean, quiet. It has everything you need, including washing machine and laundry dryer machine (which was a good feature, since the apartment has no balcony). I would definitely recommend it!

Positive: We didn't meet the staff but they communicated well and we had no issues with access to the property. Lovely spacious apartment in what seemed like a safe area. There was a lift to the third floor which was useful with suitcases. Very easy access to the old town. The beds were comfortable and clean. The towels were also clean and good. The kitchen was well provisioned if you wanted to cook. I would recommend for a stay.

Negative: Just small things. The soap dispenser in the shower area was the only soap provided and it had fallen off the wall. And the description said a couple of coffee pods would be provided but that wasn't the case, when queried that has apparently been withdrawn. Apart from that all good.

Positive: Great location - easy walking to old town and local shops.

Negative: Some noise from outside but that’s the price you pay for the location.

Summary: Lovely stay, staff are super helpful and friendly. We would definitely use again on our next trip to Girona.
