Summary: We will always stay at the Bras D’Or Inn . The rooms are clean and pleasant. The surroundings are second to none and the staff are professional and very friendly. Great place!

Summary: We stayed in the cabin and it was a a basic one room cabin with only microwave and mini fridge. The nicest thing was the rain shower head in the shower. The bed was a queen with little room on each side of it. Probably would have been better with a king room in hotel. You had to request room service as we did after the first day. The other issue is the restaurant on site wasn’t open till 4pm and closed on Monday. The staff is great but they have really limited staffing so they do the best they can as restaurant limits reservations as they are the bartenders, servers, and they clean up the tables plus handle many tables so you need your patience. Also no one is at the desk till 4pm so when you check out you just leave your key at the desk.

Summary: Our stay exceeded our expectations. Wendy the hotel manager is phenomenal. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was fabulous. As an added bonus the food and service at the restaurant was excellent. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend to others they also stay and eat here.
