Positive: The staff is extremely friendly, very clean, and just fine for a cheap room.

Negative: Bookings false advertising. There is not an indoor pool with waterside, there is not breakfast and frankly the only reason we stayed here was for the pool.

Summary: Good hotel for a cheap no frills stay but call ahead to check amenities, as booking.com ad deceiving

Negative: The beds were uncomfortable for us because we are used to memory foam. They may be great for someone else.

Positive: LIked the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very good. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Negative: The room was a little cramped for 3 adults and 2 children.

Positive: The price was affordable, and the location was perfect for the reason we were in Branson. The beds were comfortable, and we were excited to learn the outdoor pool was open for use!

Negative: These were small issues, but they could have made our stay better. Also, I know the hotel just changed owners, so there is still some adjusting. First, we didn't receive a welcome letter as there were none left when we checked in - this will be relevant in a second. We didn't have a "do not disturb" sign and our room was never cleaned during our 9 night stay - we had to go to the front desk to get new towels. Apparently, the room would have been cleaned, towels exchanged, and we could have gotten a do not disturb sign - we just had to ask; this was all explained in the welcome letter we never got. Next, with 3 people in the room, we ran out of places to hang towels as there were only 2 hooks. Finally, our toilet got clogged as the pressure when you flushed was non-existent. We told the front desk at 9am, and when we returned to the room at 3pm, it still wasn't fixed, and we ended up having to plunge the toilet ourselves. Again, these are small issues, but would have made the stay a bit better.
