Summary: This is a new condo on the beach. Great location. Crystal the owner lives next door and is there to assist if you need something. Kitchen has all you need to fix meals. Heat and A/C in each room. Large shower and bath. Great balcony looking out over the beach and Sea of Cortez. I have been coming to Kino for over 30 years and can say this is one of the nicest places we have rented.

Summary: This two bedroom unit has a nice private balcony with ocean views that you can watch the sun rise or set from. It’s also nice to walk up and down the beach from the property.

Summary: Decided on a quick birthday getaway. I wanted a place on the beach and this place fit the bill just right. Location is great with a store across the street, directly on the beach with a large patio and little wash area when you’re done at the beach. The owners were great and very informative. Had everything we needed, and was quite comfortable. Would stay here again.
