Summary: Good size property with lots of living space. We particularly liked the large enclosed garden area which was a safe area for our young kids (3 & 6) to have fun and explore. The toys provided kept them entertained for a few days. Londinieres is a quiet little town, perfect to get away from a busy lifestyle and to just relax. The countryside all around the area is beautiful and the traffic is very light. The half hour drive to nearby towns Le Treport and Dieppe is recommended and are towns we enjoyed visiting with plenty of restaurants. Communication with the owners was good before and during our stay, all questions answered promptly and in a friendly manner There is a local supermarket, U Express, a few minutes from the property, which is well stocked and caters for most of what you need for self catering. A larger E.Leclerc hypermarket, can be found 15 minutes drive away, with a huge choice and cheaper prices.

Summary: Both the property and location exceeded expectations. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and quite peaceful but found plenty to do. Visits to the beach, Dieppe Saturday market, chateaux etc. A visit to the Labyrinth for both children and adults is a must and a visit to the V1 rocket launch site at Val zygote, only a few miles down the road, was very interesting. The hosts were charming and welcoming and nothing too much trouble for them.

Summary: The property is well presented, on approach its location is quite picturesque. Ample parking within the garden area accessed via electric gates. Most of what you'll require to be self catering is provided although some appears fairly old and as such quite brittle. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating and a choice of dining areas was a pleasant finding. The one let down for our party was the washing facilities i.e both showers. They were very slow and could benefit from a good clean and descale. There is a TV provided but we were unable to take advantage of this as it only had French free view and no smart connectivity. Over all a very enjoyable experience which included fresh bread daily from the local patisserie.

Summary: The gite was better than described, really spacious and homely accommodation in a lovely position in the village. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. A great place to stay and explore Normandy from. We’d definitely go back.

Summary: We stayed at the house between 12-19 August. Prior to arrival the owner was prompt in responding to me. We were given good, clear directions and the house was easy to find. The owner met us promptly and guided us around the house. We were welcomed with local cheese on our arrival. The house was well equipped and well laid out. Some instructions were in French such as the washing machine needed a tap turning the water on and once we knew this it was simple to operate. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for my elderly /disabled parents. The kitchen, although small, served us well. We took some items such as dishwasher tablets, tea bags, a tea cloth and dish cloth and we needed these. Upstairs was plenty of room for three adults and three children. The house was very child friendly with very little to damage or break, stair gates, plastic plates and cups etc. The garage was well equipped with children's toys, high chairs, pushchairs, bikes etc The owner was friendly, she lived next door but left us alone. We arrived and there was no hot water which was bizarre but we managed and luckily we didn't have that problem for the rest of the week. The local area was good to explore and the village restaurant did lovely evening meals and the bakery was fantastic. We would have liked a welcome book with a list of contacts such as the owners phone number, emergency numbers e.g. Hospital or doctor. Information about the local area, opening times (which are often unpredictable) and local restaurants would have been useful. We discovered La Gare in Envermeu which was amazing and child friendly. Dieppe was a lovely seaside town. We had to leave €500 in deposit which was a huge sum of cash to leave and then have returned at the end of the holiday as we now have €500 which we haven't spent. This could be readdressed perhaps but I understand that they need some security however there was no flexibility. We got lost in translation on occasion but we managed. We had a fantastic stay, the house and garden were beautiful, we spent many happy days at the house as well as exploring the area. There was plenty for the children to play with outside. We would happily recommend this to our friends and would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Six of us met there to have a bonding time and discover this region of Haute Normandie. This house was just right for us and the children loved the big enclosed front lawn. The adults played table tennis in the garage. We all loved Dieppe which offered history, a stone beach and many activities for all. The bicycles were not all rideable so we did not cycle down the route verte which is very well laid out. We mentioned it as we left and hope next visitors will be able to cycle. The property is very well presented and the owners next door are available but not intrusive.

Summary: Beautiful home with everything you need for a peaceful holiday. Owner was welcoming and reception was very good. House is centrally located , you can see many sides on.The beach half an hour away and the city also , etc. Have had a good week and recommend this to anyone .

Summary: We had a wonderful holiday here travelling from Canada! The Gite was perfect, and comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 2 teens. Our hosts were/are so kind and gracious!! We loved the area and all amenities are within easy walking and driving distance. Londiniéres is great location to stay and central to visiting both Upper and Lower Normandy! We will return!!

Summary: With our parents (86 and 88 years of age) two of my sisters and I spent a great week in the gîte of Mr. and Mrs. Freullet in Londinières. A spacious house with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, so our parents didn't have to walk any stairs. The beds were fine, everything was clean and our hosts were very kind. The house is well-equipped: a lovely fireplace, garage with tabletennis table, mountainbikes, a huge barbecue... Besides, a dishwasher and a washing machine were available too and easy to work with. Because of the rather chilly wheater, we used the central heating, which was very comfortable. Whenever I want to go to Normandy again, this very gîte would be my preference for another vacation.
