Summary: This is a wonderful house in the perfect location. The house is in excellent condition and everything is new and updated. The outside deck and fire pit and patio were a big hit and the privacy fence and lights were perfect. We had an AC issue and a repair service was there within the hour. We will absolutely try and make this our annual Cedar Falls/UNI reunion home base.
