With Lake front beach get-a-way! this spacious 4 bedroom, separate office/ fifth room and two bathroom and family room backs right up to a private lake property less than a ten min drive to white sandy Venice- Manasota Key beaches! Amazing golfing around!!

Furnished, staged with contemporary touch and you can’t beat its location! Grab your beach stuff and take a six minute drive to Manasota key beach. Soft sand, palm trees, gorgeous gulf water, and sun! Enjoy Venice, voted as one of the 10 Happiest Beach towns in the USA! Come find out why! look for shark teeth at Sharky's or go bird-watching at the Rookery. Play Golf, Activities are endless & memories will be unforgettable
The space
The house is located in a quiet gated community, with friendly neighbors, and lots of privacy.
The dining space overlooks the beautiful lake view with comfortable seating for 6. And kitchen island seats 4 people.
There is an equipped kitchen with a stove/oven combo, a microwave, and the dishwasher, toaster, blender, fridge, pantry. Whip up a home-cooked meal anytime you please.
Please keep the outside grill clean!
Keeping your grill clean not only makes your food taste better, but reduces the risk of flare-ups.
Remove grease or fat buildup from both the grill and the tray below the grill.
Before your check out please clean the BBQ Grill. If the Grill is not in same condition as you found it, a $40 fee will be charged.

Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am, please be respectful of our neighbors. Please respect the neighborhood regarding noise as you would in your own house.

5 night minimum stays required. No parties allowed. There is no street parking allowed, but plenty of room for 4 cars. No boat or RV parking allowed as well.

Please keep ALL exterior doors and windows closed at ALL TIMES to prevent insects and critters from getting inside.
To avoid sand trails in the house, please remove sandy shoes and flip flops at the door inside the large aluminum bin.

Absolutely NO SMOKING or vaping inside the house.
There will be additional $200 charge will be added for damages if smoke is detected inside the home.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENT HAVE BEEN MADE.

Venice has lots of little shops and stores and the cultural capital of Florida Sarasota is just 15 minutes away. Opera, The Ringling Museum, theaters, and wonderful restaurants are just a short car trip away. Need to shop? The UTC Mall is one of the largest in Florida and is within an easy drive. Everything you want for a perfect get away is so close! Come and enjoy!

Summary: We had a lovely vacation and stay at this house. The only thing I would suggest is more bath towels and a second gate pass. With multiple adults in the house and only one gate pass, it made it hard for groups to venture out separately at night.

Summary: The house, location, the pool was all very nice. The grand children truly enjoyed the pool, the backyard as well. Once you leave the neighborhood shopping isn’t far away, and getting on 75 to head to other places is right there, so easy. The owner was always available, only spoke a couple times but she responded wonderfully.

Summary: Dina was a very attentive host and made sure we were happy and taking care of the property. We were there for two months to assist with hurricane cleanup efforts in the area. The home was exactly as described and very nice. Definitely brand new! Which required some extra TLC on our part to make sure it stayed that way. Gorgeous area and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely work with Dina again. She was very accommodating and sweet.
