Positive: Fantastic property with all facilities and appliances - even included an umbrella in case of rain. Great location in the heart of Vancouver with a balcony which offers a stunning view. Lovely fluffy towels and the showers were really good. Modern furnishings and sunny and warm . Will look forward to studying again

Positive: New apartment so Immaculate condition. Luxurious and Great location with good view.

Negative: Bed rooms were very small ,difficul to keep luggage ! glassware and utensils were only for 2 persons. Would be nice to do an inventory of what's in the kitchen and make things more available for at least 4 guests, extra towels to rotate out and wash on our own. Beds and pillows were a bit hard; therefore, somewhat uncomfortable.

Positive: I watched this apartment get built from the ground up and was very interested in staying in it when decided to visit Vancouver again. The location of the apartment is perfect. You're not right in the middle of all the shops but you can walk to them easily. The apartment is also close to some really good restaurants, like Saku, Sura and Horin. You can get decent breakfast at Cora's up the street and pastries at Breka Bakery. You can walk to Stanley Park, Coal Harbor, downtown Robson area, and False Creek (catch the water taxi over to Granville Island).

Negative: It seems like they just started renting this apartment out not too long ago. Things were still wrapped in plastic and we weren't sure if we were supposed to unwrap things ourselves (chairs on the balcony, some utensils). The handle on the door to the balcony needs to be fixed so it can be opened more easily. A staff come out to open it for us while we were out. They are very responsive to texts, which is great. If four people were to stay there, there were only two plates available and a mix-match of mugs, glassware and utensils. Would be nice to do an inventory of what's in the kitchen and make things more available for at least 4 guests. Would also be nice to have at least one pan available for cooking and extra towels to rotate out and wash on our own. Beds and pillows were a bit hard; therefore, somewhat uncomfortable. These are all things that could be easily amended for guests' comfort without too much inconvenience for the owner. The positives outweigh the things that could be improved upon, so I'd recommend staying here.

Negative: Because it’s brand new there’s few problems like 1 of toilet was out of order, 1 of the mugs was leaking water, no blind curtains in the bedrooms

Positive: Perfect location. Gorgeous views of mountains and harbor through the city scape of the 20th floor. The condo was immaculate and safe location. We enjoyed being close to Stanley Park and so many good restaurants.
