Summary: This property is EXACTLY as described on the listing and the pictures provided. It is in excellent condition as well.... and it contains all the amenities required to feel at home. The washer and dryer were great to have! (As we love traveling with carry-on luggage). The pool table is in great condition. My husband and our friend are both league players and they enjoyed being able to shoot pool every free minute they had. Phillip and Rachelle are AWESOME hosts! They replied very quickly to our messages and were great at checking up on us. Phillip even accepted an invitation from the guys to play a couple of games of pool with them! The place is central to the area of Castle Rock/ Denver and it's just a piece of heaven. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Every space in this home is perfect... for couples, singles, friends and even a small family!

Summary: This place was amazing for me and my family! We were looking for somewhere close to the Air Force Academy so we could visit my nephew there. We also like to hike - and staying next to the Pike National Forest was perfect. The photos represent the apartment well, and we were pleased with how clean and modern it was. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen is spacious and had everything we needed. There are 2 fireplaces that make the rooms cozy and warm. We really enjoyed playing pool and using the outdoor firepit. Rachelle and Phillip were very friendly, had excellent restaurant recommendations and were of great help. They went way beyond to make our weekend comfortable and memorable. The location is incredibly beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. Don't miss driving down to Perry Park Country Club (5 minutes away) even if you're not playing golf; the scenery is breathtaking! We'll definitely be back.

Summary: This place is absolutely beautiful, from the mountain like setting to the newly renovated space with a private patio. It has everything you could possible want or need. The kitchen has lots of space and the whole space is very open and welcoming. The pool table was extremely fun and there we’re lots of board games available we could use. We opted to sit by the fire with a glass of wine which was super cozy . The hosts were extremely responsive and checking in was super easy. We will absolutely stay here again soon.

Summary: Review BEST HOSTS EVER! Phillip & Rochelle went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Words can't even express how great our stay was. We felt like VIP guest! The apartment was amazing. It felt like we were in an HGTV home. Not only that the area is soo beautiful. Phillip and Rochelle are by far the best host in Colorado! The extra details they put into their VRBO really sets them apart from everyone else. Don't look any further for a place to stay while your in Colorado. This is where you should be!
