Summary: I was looking for a Colorado ranch type of experience without having to do any ranching and I found it here. For only being minutes off of the turnpike, we found peace, quiet, and solitude here.. we enjoyed watching the horses and listening to them call and talk to each other. The view was fabulous. The layout of the apartment was OK. The inside was clean. The porch was a different matter who was a lot of pollen dust over everything on the porch and the porch needed a good cleaning other than that the place was perfect. The big question is would I stay here again? The answer is yes.

Summary: If was a perfect quite place for us! My son was getting married about 5 miles away so this place was perfect for us to be there before the wedding and after the wedding. We drove 8 hours (from Central Wyoming) and this was the perfect place for us to relax and get ready for the wedding! I got up early and went for a run! What a beautiful area!! I highly recommend this stay! If we are ever back down in this area I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Terrific, charming, private location. Loved being on a working ranch and seeing all the horses. Only issue was that water was shut down and we could not take showers, drink water or do dishes the second night (stuff happens!!)Lots of flies but that's the price of being on ranch, would stay there again!!

Summary: I received a call 2 hours before check in that I couldn’t stay at this property because of a maintenance issue. The issue was the lock on the door wasn’t functioning and the cleaning crew couldn’t get in. I was offered another house, which I took and it was miserable. The team promised it would be fixed first thing in the morning, and I had planned to just a family luncheon that day. The short version is that I didn’t get in until 3 pm and cleaning crew wasn’t done so I couldn’t have the family gathering I had planned. I was only compensated by 1/2 off the first night I had to stay somewhere else. The bath apartment is nice but in need of attention with a deep clean and repairs of minor things (cabinet handles, windows screens). I’ve been using VRBO for over a decade and have never had anything like this happen. I wouldn’t stay here again and I will avoid properties managed by Hoste LLC.
