Summary: Newer home in a nice quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay at Limelight. There was plenty of room in the house and the upstairs porch with TV was great. We would stay there again. The following comments may be helpful to anyone renting. The small pool does not get much sun but was well heated for us. The kitchen was completely empty of any supplies like salt/pepper, oil, coffee filters, foil and such. Be sure to purchase anything you need. Also, the outside grilling area does not have any lighting which is an issue after dark.

Summary: Good morning, I hope you are doing well. I would like to comment that the house is very comfortable and nice. The bedrooms are quite spacious and the location is excellent. Thank you for the prompt response regarding the bike and also our inquiries we really appreciated it. However, I would like to give a couple of recommendations. For example, the kitchen lacks more pots and pans since the house is for 10 people and what is provided is not enough. On another note, when we rented the house, there was no mention that there would be an extra charge for the heated pool, which I found unfair. If you are providing the service for the pool, at least it should be mentioned so that we can decide from the beginning whether to choose this property or not. As for the outdoor lights, how is it possible that they are decorative and not functioning? To use the grill, we had to rely on our cellphone light as if we didn’t have electricity, which was very inconvenient.

Summary: This was a great vacation for our family. The house was the perfect size for our 3 families (10 people). The splash pool was a nice touch to cool off and relax. The neighborhood pool was great as well. The beach was a 1 minute drive across the highway, and we only struggled finding parking on one day.

Summary: This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The rooms and space allowed for everyone to have their own areas and bathrooms, and the kids had a blast in the pool. It was close to a lot of great areas and a short bike ride to Rosemary beach. The company themselves were very responsive with any questions we had and were extremely helpful and kind. We will absolutely be back!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, new house! We have two young kids (6 & 4) and it was really nice to have so much space for the four of us. My in-laws stayed a few nights with us and we never felt crowded! The thing that stood out the most was how quickly the Coast team responded to my messages. They were very quick and helpful for any issues/questions we had! I was very impressed. The kitchen had just about any tool you could think of, which was amazing. The kitchen appliances were all new and they even had kids dinnerware/utensils!! We appreciated the dish soap and dishwasher pods provided SO much. The pool was clean and a perfect size for young kids. It was definitely worth paying the daily rate to have it heated. The laundry room was huge and loved the long counter top to fold laundry/store pantry items. We did not find a pantry for use, but we did not mind using the laundry room counter top as storage. The beds are SO comfy and linens cozy. Kids room, unreal!!
