Summary: This place was beautiful and cozy. Great location. Host was very nice and responsive during our stay. If you need a spot close to Lindale or Tyler this is the perfect place!

Summary: Family gathering July 4th weekend overflowed the ranch house. We needed rooms nearby and this was the perfect location. Cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. All furnishings and appliances in excellent condition. Owner answered immediately when I had to call to confirm location. (There are 3 driveways within 100 meters, 2 are unmarked, and my GPS wasn’t accurate enough to choose the right one). Might be helpful for future guests if there was a house number somewhere. Otherwise just look at the exterior picture on the listing so you know what the place looks like. I appreciate the effort it takes to maintain a rental property so immaculately. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lindale.

Summary: This cottage was in an excellent location to the events we had for the weekend and was exactly as described! Perfect size, easy to access, warm and welcoming interior with comfortable beds to boot! I especially loved there being a ceiling fan in all main and sleeping areas of the house. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We loved how cute this property was and its proximity to Lindale. It was nice and private with lots of space for all of us.We’d love to see the addition of some wine glasses in the kitchen and mirrors in the bedrooms but otherwise loved the property.
