Summary: The property was everything we hoped and the location in Tampa put us within range of everything that mattered to us while still being a quiet and secluded location. The proprietor was courteous and very communicative. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Summary: This house is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. We stayed for a month and enjoyed the home. It is within walking distance of Finn's and Circles that overlook the bay and has short driving distances to many good places to visit. The host was very nice and promptly responded to any questions or problems. The backyard/view from the dock is not the best but overall we would recommend.

Summary: We really liked this place; it was close to the Manatee viewing area and to an orange grove where we picked oranges. We ate at Finn's which was good food and a nice view of the water. It was just a nice relaxing stay and loved watching the fireworks over New Years from the neighbors. Definitely would stay again.
