Our short-term luxury rental, nicknamed the Boathouse, is located in the heart of Arnolds Park and Okoboji! Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps up to 11-12 comfortably!
If you are visiting the Lake Okoboji area with a larger group or multiple related parties, check out our adjoining unit, nicknamed the Fieldhouse! The BPO Fieldhouse (sleeps 4-6) is completely updated and boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full size kitchen, and an outdoor living space.

The Boathouse is a completely remodeled home offering many perks including views of Minnewashta Lake and an outdoor green space. The Boathouse is steps away from West Lake (1 min), City Park with Basketball Court (less than 1 min), Arnolds Park (2-3 min), Broadway Ave (Captain's, Axe Bar, Side Door, Nautical, Portside, Smokin Jake's, Lost Gar & Paddlefish, etc. less than 1 min), Central Emporium (3-4 min) and several options for shopping, eating and entertainment. You will not find a better home in a better location!
This home has been updated from floor to ceiling! The main floor features:
-2 bedrooms with queen beds (front bedroom has additional floor space for a cot or air mattress)
-Mudroom with bench seating and full size Washer/Dryer
-Living room with oversized couch, TV and dining room table
-Kitchen with eat in nook and full size black ss appliances including a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
-Oversized bathroom featuring a 2 sink vanity and tub/shower combo.

You can take in the views while lounging in the adirondack chairs by the firepit, sitting at the picnic table, or grilling dinner with our propane grill. Plenty of green space for yard games!
If you decide to get closer to the action of Broadway Street and Arnolds Park you can enjoy your time on the brand new deck that is great for soaking up the sun while drinking coffee in the morning, relaxing with a drink or just listening to the bands/music and enjoying the fireworks from Arnolds Park every weekend!
