Positive: Lovely location with large driveway and kitchen. Hot tub was very well received after doing the Yorkshire three peaks challenge

Negative: There were lots of bugs and insects in the twin bedroom - wasps, spiders and moths which were all over the walls and curtains.

Positive: The bedding was clean and fresh, towels provided.

Negative: It is NOT in Kirkby Lonsdale, it cost us £60 return for a taxi into Kirkby. It is misleading to put is as Kirkby. It is nearer the Yorkshire dales and Bentham! Also expected at least one bag of logs for the fire, firefighters, matches etc. there is a wasp nest near the main bathroom window which was completely covered with wasps. All the radiators were off when we got there and it was freezing and not very welcoming and the smell of damp was awful. The placemats are all stained and need replacing. For nearly £1000 for two nights very disappointing.

Summary: Good company but will not return.
