Positive: The location was good and kitchen was well staffed

Negative: The bathroom downstairs is too small and very difficult to fully utilize for shower. I also wish it had a room downstairs rather than both of them upstairs.

Positive: The property was as advertised. Very comfortable. Enjoyed the proximity to Bown St. restaurants, etc. The neighbors were very friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, etc.

Negative: Because we have rented properties for years it was not an issue but it would be nice to have a list at the property on how to take out the garbage, what to do prior to check out.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bown Retreat and would recommend.

Positive: Easy to check in and out. Very clean and snug. All the modern conveniences. The heated pool was a bonus.

Negative: The fridge was collecting water.
