Positive: We had an amazing stay at Boutique. Keith was very friendly and accommodating and was available to help with our questions. The apartment was so clean, well equipped and comfortable. Really nice location too in a quiet neighborhood. Would have loved to stay for longer.

Positive: The host was very responsive, friendly and interested in you having an enjoyable stay. Their place is very nice, comfortable, quiet and private, in an upscale tree lined neighbourhood. Parking was free, simple and directly outside the property. Perfect for a quiet stay away from the craziness of the city and close to the airport. It's a typical basement style apartment but is still quiet even with the owners living above (there is some normal movement noise but fine even for a light sleeper with ear plugs). The Japanese toilet was a nostalgic plus!

Negative: It's personal preference, but you need a car/ taxi's to get anywhere.

Summary: A pleasure to stay in a comfortable tranquil place.

Positive: Keith was a fantastic host, welcoming us upon arrival, and following up to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was 10/10 and having free street parking in Vancouver is a rarity. It was such a quiet neighborhood. We were able to watch movies on Apple TV, and the heated floors were a surprise treat during the cold rainy day. They even provided umbrellas. This place has absolutely everything you could need!

Negative: Would have appreciated some small milk sachets. Linen for sleeper couch but we managed with sheet from bed. Not an issue for us.
