Positive: Property location was convenient to multiple train options to get around the city. The immediate surrounding area is loaded with restaurants, shopping, nightlife, etc. Hostess Sabine is very accommodating with morning breakfast and ensures that everyone gets a sit down meal with her and other guests. There are two sets of rooms, each sharing a bathroom. Of course you are at the mercy of the cleanliness of the guests in the other room (if there is one), but the cleaning staff always had everything kept spotless.

Positive: This hotel is located very central, hence the name. KaDeWe is just around the corner. You can travel to the rest of Berlin in no time. The host Frau Knoll is very friendly and serves a great breakfast. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
