Positive: The boutique is extremely well located, staffed by hospitable and warm folks - and serves delicious breakfast and dinner. Rooms were comfy and spacious. Linens were fresh. Staff are hard-working and do an excellent job!

Negative: I didn't like that we needed to ask for our room to be cleaned. We stayed for 4 nights, but only had staff come into the room to empty the trash / make the bed / change the towels once. The showers with no curtain or door really made for a wet bathroom. This is not a complaint about the staff themselves, but the organization of housekeeping. Housekeepers get a 10, asking for housekeeping gets a 0.

Summary: A comfortable stay - unfortunately, housekeeping is a foreign concept and must be requested.

Positive: The guesthouse is absolutely beautiful. Its very clean, comfortable, and the decoration is amazing.

Negative: There was an issue with management regarding my payment. I had paid in advance via booking.com, and despite showing proof of payment via my bank, and also an email receipt, I was questioned and told I need to pay again as the payment hadn't arrived from booking.com. This is an issue between booking.com and the guesthouse - not something I could control, and I didn't appreciate the poor service and lack of apology or accountability.

Positive: Dar Zohra was an absolutely unexpected oasis of beauty and relaxation. The pictures look great, but they don’t capture the utter tranquility of the space. Every single detail of the construction/design of this guesthouse has been chosen with care. The rugs in the common area are stunning. The food is fabulous, and the staff make you feel so at home. It is truly an unpretentious luxury. We spent the first day gently hiking in/around the river just below the guesthouse, and the second day in the more famous Setti Fatma. If I found so it again, I would have just stayed by the river below- it is out of a picture book, with almost nobody else around. A big thanks to the team at Dar Zohra, I cannot wait to return! ❤️

Positive: What a stunning guesthouse, decorated beautifully, so incredibly tranquil and with truly spectacular views. The staff are incredible. The location is great and there is parking which was great. We had dinner and breakfast there each day and it was spectacular.

Positive: Beautiful view from our room, with an amazing balcony to enjoy some drinks there. The people were very kind, and the food was delicious. The building of this accommodation was something else! Very well made, and the stones in the wall are simply beautiful. If you like cats, you will have some lovely guests on the balcony (we named them Otto & Fritz)!

Negative: We only had troubles with the shower, and we guessed it was for the lack of pressure of water Very little water running
