Beautiful Boutique Guest Rooms with pool & gardens, offering 4 luxury en-suite rooms with individual terrace or patio, and includes free breakfast (please note we are not a self catering Villa, guest do not have use of any cooking or kitchen facilities). Just a few minutes’ walk from the golden beaches of Marbella & Elviria with great choice of restaurant beach bars and clubs including the world famous Nikki Beach (only 2 kms away), and only a short 10 minute taxi into Marbella Town, Puerto Banus, La Cala de Mijas, Cabopino - Perfect location!
Prices quoted are for ONE ROOM only, for 2 guests and includes breakfast, please message if 2 or more rooms are required. MAX STAY is 5 nights. The pool and garden areas are shared with all guests staying. 8 guests.
'Rioja' room - superior extra large double or twin room with private terrace looking onto the pool and gardens.
'Cava' room - deluxe room, double bed only with private patio.
'Navarra' room is laid as a Twin, but can be setup also as a King Double with private patio
'Kasbah' room is a Double or twin room with private sauna - please note this room has it's own separate entrance down stairs, and a limited terrace area.
* Large Ensuite in each room includes full walk-in shower (with full-length double Bath in 'Rioja' room and a Sauna in Kasbah)
* Fully Air-conditioned (we have a 'fair use policy), and heating in all rooms

Summary: We had an amazing few days at Villa Breeze. Yvette and Steve are perfect hosts . The villa is beautiful both inside and out . Everything you could possibly need is provided. Cocktail hour was a real treat . We are DEFINITELY going to stay again . This is definitely a 5 ⭐️property

Summary: We chose to stay here at the end of our whirlwind trip to Spain. It was the perfect place to relax and soak in some sun. The owners have paid attention to every detail and it was difficult to force ourselves to head in to Marbella in the evenings for sightseeing and dinners when it was so delightful at Villa Breeze! (Frankly the short walk/drive to the nearest restaurant on the beach (Simbad Beach Restaurant) was more fun than bustling Marbella..but maybe that's just us! ) We had all three rooms of the main level of the home (The owners live upstairs ) and were able to enjoy all of the lounging areas set up with beautiful patio furniture and dining areas. The breakfast and "honesty bar" provided by the owners was prefect for our needs. Because we enjoyed being at the pool so much, the honesty bar snacks became our lunch and we were happy to have them! We wish we would have started, as well as ended, our vacation here as we enjoyed it so very much.
