Positive: Loved how it was handy and central to shops etc

Negative: The beds were very uncomfortable and shower could do with replacing as it took so long to to get hot water and not much water comes out of the shower. Also no folder with wifi information or anything in the roomx

Negative: Towels were cahanged once because I asked. Office was closed Saturday and Sunday, beds were not made, there was no towel renewable, no milk renewable, no service at all over the weekend.

Summary: Won't stay here again.

Positive: Location and price was good, Parking was available too. We accidentally locked ourselves out and manager came and let us back in. He then told us a code so we could get a spare key ourselves if it happened again.

Negative: No booklet in room advising of what facilities were available, WiFi password, laundry facility etc. No information about what to do, where to eat, town facilities Dr, taxi etc . Had no idea of when rooms were serviced. Asked on day 3 for a room service, new towels, bins. Shower and toilet entry doorways very small, had to turn sideways to get in!
