Summary: Really cute small cabin. Had everything we needed. Owner offered barrel wood for firewood which is a great touch. Made for a great trip to Kentucky. Great location for the bourbon trail. Right between the majority of the distilleries. It was a little difficult finding at night but not too bad.

Summary: This is a very cute, very clean cabin with a unique loft style bedroom that you don't see everywhere. The location was the main drawback. It is *very* remote, which we were not expecting. This meant our internet & cell service were spotty, at best. That said, if truly dosconnecting is your goal, then this would be an ideal location. There is also only a 1 (ish) lane road leading to the driveway to the cabin. Also, please bear in mind that your GPS may lead you astray. Be sure to *ignore* GPS instructions that tell you to turn onto Fred Bauer Rd. That is not the road that leads to the cabin. There is a sign on Murphy that is the correct driveway.
