This spacious studio apartment is nestled against the mountain in a quiet and safe neighborhood located at the top of the Bountiful hills. With the mountain located literally across the street, hiking and mountain biking trails are plentiful. Two golf courses are located down the street in one direction while a recreation center with an Olympic sized pool and water attractions for kids is located in the other direction. The Lagoon Amusement Park is just 15 minutes away. Watch the sun set over the Great Salt Lake from your own covered patio with an amazing view. With covered guest parking to shield your car from sun and snow, a full bath complete with a walk-in shower and a separate tub, and a fully stocked kitchen, this will be your home away from home. With only 19 quick minutes to the airport or downtown Salt Lake City, this location is ideally located. Centrally located between all the world-class ski resorts that Utah has to offer for year-round fun. Just six houses away from the beautiful Bountiful Temple belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This completely private studio apartment, with its own private entrance, is located in the walk-out basement of our family home. It has a fully stocked kitchen, a large screen TV, and a washer and dryer.

Summary: this is our 4th stay with Chris and Julie. They are absolutely wonderful. If I could give more than five stars I would. I had to stay a few nights by myself due to my husband’s obligations. This is the only place I felt safe enough to be alone. We always look forward to staying here. It’s in a great location and they are warm and caring host who we simply adore.

Summary: Can’t recommend highly enough, the place was clean and had beautiful views. Very spacious! Even larger than the pictures can do justice. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating. Check in/out was super easy, would definitely recommend to others and would book again.

Summary: The apartment is very spacious,clean , located within minutes of restaurants/stores if you need to do some grocery shopping, which we did kitchen has everything you need to do a dinner/breakfast or whatever you would like I will highly recommend this apartment for a small family or just friends hang out and enjoy beautiful Utah we enjoyed skiing the resorts that we went to or about 35 to 40 minutes away and located only about 20 minutes from the airport. You cannot ask for much more thank you to the host which I Mett and they are very helpful in anything that you need thank you. Will be back.

Summary: Perfect location near our wedding venue. The rental was spacious, so clean, homey with some awesome video choices at the end of the busy days. The setting was so tranquil. Our hosts were gracious and so helpful! It was just exactly what we needed!

Summary: We loved our stay at this VRBO. It was up the hill in a very nice area. You could hear the upstairs people walking around and what sounded like moving furniture??? But we would definitely stay here again!!!
