Summary: I was charged 100 dollars for service fees an stayed 3 days and not once was my room cleaned or given extra towels. The elevators to the room were not working and had to use the housekeepr elevators and although its said we can adjust the temperature in the room , its still warm so it was uncomfortable.

Summary: The level we were on smelled like Ozone, BAD. The blow dryer was broken, which I didn’t find out until after my hair was wet. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the people next to you when talking at a normal level. Water pressure was crap. Staff was pleasant but I’d stay elsewhere next time.

Summary: The room was very clean and neat, but I did not care for the mattress, it was pretty hard and while some people like hard mattresses, I do not, but you cannot please everybody. The rooms and hallways are very dated and old looking they really need to be updated But overall we did enjoy the stay. The waiting area is at the elevators were very hot, you could tell there was no airflow through them, but as soon as you walked in the hallways, it got cool. So if you had to wait some time for an elevator, you were going to sweat a little bit. The casino is quite large and does have a non-smoking section, which I was happy to see. Overall, I would have loved to give it a five star rating, except for the fact that it is very dated.

Summary: The hotel itself is pretty nice, but the rooms are quite dated, they could use some freshening up for sure. The mattresses are a little too hard for me, but some people like them that way. The service was very good no complaints there. I think if you updated your rooms and hallways to more modern look, you might attract more people and be able to get a little bit more money per night. Other than that, we had a great time

Summary: We wanted to stay somewhere that was off the strip, inexpensive, safe and clean. Our trip was Thursday through Sunday. Check in was quick and friendly, our room was spotless, smelled clean and the bed was so comfortable. We ate the 4.99 breakfast at Game On and it was delicious. The pool is nothing fancy but served its purpose. The slots were loose and all the drinks are complimentary as long as you are playing. The food court options were great and convenient. The casino is smoky but you can expect that. We didn’t leave the resort as there was no need to. Everything we wanted was in one spot. We will be back again.
