On the main level, the great room offers a spacious area to gather, with vaulted wooden ceilings, large picture windows and plenty of comfortable seating. There’s a floor-to-ceiling river-rock fireplace and a large flat-screen TV — perfect for those long, relaxing evenings in the mountains. Just off the living area, the gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, with top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops and slate flooring. The spacious dining area features wraparound windows and seating for up to eight at the main table; there’s also seating for six at the kitchen island.
Upstairs, there’s a spacious master suite with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a large private bathroom and a spectacular view of the Peak 8 ski slopes. Off this room, there’s a sitting area with a twin trundle bed for extra guest sleeping. On the main level, the second master suite offers a king bed, a full private bathroom and French doors to the back deck. There’s also a charming queen bedroom on this level with a full bathroom that also serves as the guest hall bathroom.
Downstairs, you’ll find a large family room with another fireplace and LCD-TV, as well as lots of great seating. The fourth bedroom is on this level and features two bunk beds (four twins) — the kids will love it!
