Summary: Couldn’t be in a better location. Spacious enough to fit 9 guests comfortably, and the host was extremely quick to respond to a few questions. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: I've rented this property for a long weekend trip with friends for three consecutive years, and each visit has been awesome! Always plenty of towels, and room to stretch out. We love the location and how easy it is to get around whether by waking or taking advantage of the free buses Breck provides, and the amenities are great. The ONLY thing I ever really (constructively) criticized was the parking situation in prior years. The posting mentioned space for six (6) vehicles, but we had never been able to do more than 5. This year we were pleasantly surprised to see the driveway in the front plowed to allow for a sixth vehicle to park. Seems like the owner is willing to listen to feedback and work to make it the best experience possible for the guests! HIGHLY recommend this property, and look forward to renting in the coming years!

Summary: The property overall was great. The manging company was available for anything. It is a short walk to the main street for shopping and food. The house as a very antique feel and multiple beautiful pieces. This house has plenty of space and is also stocked with some of the basics like trash bags a dishtabs which was fantastic. There was only one thing which was the beds were very hard. It was hard to get a goodnight sleep.

Summary: My parents, brother, and brother’s family like to meet here for a ski reunion. The location is great - two blocks from the free shuttle, one block from the sledding hill. The kitchen is well-stocked. The cousins love the bunk room. We enjoy eating together at the huge dining room table. We had a couple of small issues, but they were addressed immediately and did not impact the enjoyment of our stay.

Summary: This house has all the basics and was in a perfect location, walkable to downtown Breck and easily accessible to the slopes. There's some quirky touches and decorations in the house but that gives it more character. Hot tub was great, having access to a garage was awesome- everything you need for a fun weekend, had a great time!

Summary: I stumbled upon this property in winter of 22-23, and had zero reservations about renting again for a weekend in winter of 23-24. The location is great, has plenty of room to comfortably hold 16 (if not more), and there is absolutely no shortage of extra towels and blankets! The ONLY thing I'd say be aware of is the advertised parking. There's mention of six (6) parking spots, "two in the front, and four behind the garage". No idea where the two spots are in the front. Those weren't to be found either time I've rented (just several feet of snow in the front yard). That being said, you can still stack four (4) vehicles behind the garage and one (1) IN the garage for a total of five (5). If you need more than that, you'll have to park at the airport overnight lot for $10/night. That is the ONLY thing I have found having rented this property twice. The hot tub is great, the kitchen is well equipped, big dining room table, mud room is perfect for storing wet/muddy things, and the three full bathrooms and half bath make things convenient for a large group! 10/10, and can't wait to rent again in winter of 24-25!!!

Summary: Stayed here two years in a row over both MLK weekends w/ friends. Sleeps 12 comfortably, tons of space. Super warm and cozy, great living room to hang out and do puzzles/watch a movie, enough parking. Good kitchen. About a 2 block walk to the shuttle on French to the lifts. Had a great time both years.
