We welcome you to this unique house built in 1975. It sits on 5 acres that is shared with 2 other homes on the property. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of space to be outside! Included on the property are: a large patio table for outdoor meals, a rooftop patio hot tub, a backyard pond with paddleboards and paddle boats, bikes available to ride, and resident goats and chickens! All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The home has a full kitchen and fireplace. It has a spacious lower level with 2 living rooms, a dining room and a greenhouse. Perfect for a family trip and close to LOTS of attractions including Rocky Mountain National Park, Eldora ski resort, Pearl Street, CU, Lyons, and more! No parties are allowed in this home.
